Are we going to hear it's Obama and his rich oil buddies?

Or, Obama and his Arab oil buddies? :glare:

Around here, gas went DOWN 20 cents since yesterday.

A couple weeks ago we had a price war in town - $2.18 for regular.

Gas has been holding pretty steadily around here lately. Around 2.80 a gallon. It's funny how we're not hearing as much about oil prices as of lately. Are we becoming content with being raped at the pump? I for one am not!

You are only going to "hear" what the press is willing to report... Can't have them making the current administration look bad, now can we... :glare:

Price is all relative. Gas is not going up, our dollar is going lower. Compared to gold, I bet our gas has gone down.

My biggest growth in production right now is over seas orders. It is great to be able to buy stuff from someone with play money!

Before you comment, thank dems and repubs, Bush and Obama. Maybe I will vote for the party that at least gives me a reach around!

Wasn't the oil cost raised because of Bush ties with Big Oil? The Bush's are going and gas isnt much less? What am I missing?

Supposedly, According to the big Oil companies, the reason why oil and gas prices went up initially was because shareholders purchasing oil futures. Ok that explains some things, but what about the other years?

If you thik it's not going to back to $4.25, just wait and see. As soon as the world starts using oil again at the same rate, look out. I don't care what party is in, I am sick of the biased media.

It's been over a year, so by default, it's Obama's fault now... ;)

Well, in today's government, Big Money makes the big decisions. Often not to the betterment of society, but good for big business.

Thats the way they want you to feel. Raise it to 4.25, so they are happy at $3.00. Wasn't it about 1.75 before Katrina?

Tradition is part of what got us in this mess. If we can have a term limit on the highest political position in this country, how come we can't impose that on the "underlings"?
