was browzing a website today and noticed that the boat was out of production although temporarily.anyone else hear of this and if so why? just wondering if any of the many problems i have read on various forums have anything to do with it,or was it just an end to the first production run.

A similar thing just happened to the SuperVee. I looked and the Tower site said the Yellow SV was discontinued. I asked them about it and now it shows as "order pending".

I sure hope things come around. Everything is frozen here and due to a shpmnt, nothing doing until spring. I hope I'm not sitting here looking at a shelf queen turkey that has never run and poss no future support and parts ! :ThumbsDown01: Maybe I shoulda cooked it for Thanksgiving !!

The EKOS is not out of production, still going strong! We have a new shipment on the way.

Hi,
When do you expect to have some stock ready to go?

We started shipping them last Friday. These have the new black drives with graduation markings on the sides for the shaft angle and an updated battery tray.

Chris, are parts such as the drives avaiable yet?

We should have replacement black parts in stock very soon. I know we have the silver parts in stock now, Ive seen them.

Thank you. I did go to the site and I saw the silver versions. These run 4mm shaft I suspect. I wondered if they were big enough to bore for 3/16" shaft or the alum casing was too thin.

You could swap out the bearings possibly, there is one located deep inside though otherwise keep the shaft and adapt the dia with a sleeve. The wall thickness is about .060 in places. you will have to inspect them to see what you can do.

oooo...no problem then. For the same as the SV stinger this one looks better.

Its built tough and its easy to adjust and like you say its good looking too! Sets the shaft pretty low as well so its great for a deep-V and for the cats.

I've been waiting for parts to come in and no luck then venom states early febuary. You guys really need to get the replacement parts thing on lock. These boats do break and not very good if u can't buy replacement parts for it. Can u guys do something. I ran my boat twice now waiting on flex shaft aluminum props coupler etc and charger.
