by definition a 'cat' is a hydro, yes? so which classes allow stepped hydros? thanks

oh good. just got the plans for the 'xs-cat' today...and didn't want to build myself out of possibly racing it. toying with calling it 'Ball bearing Mousetrap' :) thank you for the info.
