I would like to see a trasom shot of these sponsons since everywhere else doesn't show it.

How are they made? What is a turn fin mounting into?

What is the distance between holes for booms? What do the booms mount into?

How long is the bottom wetted surface?

How much do they weigh?

Would I be ok to make a tub a little longer so the OAL is approx. 27"?

Lots of questions but, hey they aren't cheap and I'm taking a shot a bulding a spec rigger, UL-1 power or similar.

Well made, not prefect but well made. Fin mount onto it's inner side.

What is the distance between holes for booms? What do the booms mount into?

about 7.75" and they need a aluminum sleeve to be attached to the boom and
then the CF rod into it.

How long is the bottom wetted surface?

depends on the AOA you decide to use

How much do they weigh?

They are very light, I don't have a scale, but LIGHT

Would I be ok to make a tub a little longer so the OAL is approx. 27"?

Place the sponsons forward, don't make the tub longer if you don't have to.
