Has anyone tried these on a brushless setup? It clearly states it is not recommended for brushless set ups.
But, im wondering why isn't it recommended?

Aluminum doesnt have the same strength as the beryllium/titanium yada yada stuff that their normal props do..

Yes but balancing them is not a health hazard as beryllium...

I have used them as test props only.

Before to long they will blow a blade off from the stress.

The aluminum has more negatives than positives for BL power.
- The blades cannot be sharpened enough and the result is non-optimal performance - prop walk, low efficiency.
- The castings are porous and don't polish or smooth well
- The weak nature of the metal can result in easily-thrown blades - dangerous!
- Aluminum is not without its own health concerns - it is a known neurotoxin. I'd rather have berrylium poisoning (treatable) than alzheimers!

Bottom line - follow the manufacturer's recommendations.

Thanks, i figured it was a strength issue, just wondering if there was anything more to the reasoning.
Thanks.
