Accroding the the aquacraft website the Rio EP is a 28" deep V design boat. I was wondering if this 3900KV brushless motor would be the best choice to really make this boat move:

I've found an 80A ESC I like and a 20C 3000mAh 3s battery for the setup as well.
1) I would like to know if this motor will be good for this size and type of boat?
2) What prop should I use for this setup that won't burn anything out but will give good results?
3) I just discovered this other motor that looks like it could potentially be even better but I just am not sure based on the size and type of boat as I've never done this before. Here is the new motor I found:
