This is my Head Of The River Cat that I built up w/ an Etti 150 and a Fieago 8XL on 6s which this is a 4s boat but I just had to try 6s ONCE. Just thought I'd throw this on here cause I've seen a few people here and there saying this hull wouldn't handle speed http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=orUlosXr5sU&feature=channel

Thanks guys, and no i didn't get a chance to get any numbers on the temps I forgot my temp gun at home it did feel a little to hot in my opinion but I may make another run with smaller props and I'll try to get the temps if I do.

What was your CG and prop?

Great handling and would hope to achieve the same.

Thanks,

I never put the numbers together to get the actual percentage I set it up to get all the electronics to fit but you can look at the pic to get an idea, and the prop is an X642 purchased from OSE s/b.

This is definitely a fun boat on 4s which is what I built this boat for I never intended to run 6s. The speed is around 51-54 mph here is a video on 4s http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l_jAjJfjwWw

Got to run the boat again on 6S with Prather 220, I didn't get a speed on it I forgot the gps at home:doh: but I did have my watt meter which recorded 129 amps .I ran the boat pretty hard alot of dead stop to wide open throttle to get the highest draw I could which was 129 but my meter only records highest spikes so it may be a little lower than this at a constant speed. The temps were not that bad either .Just thought I'd post this just incase this is useful information to anyone. I think the Etti and the Fieago are good for a few more 6s runs.
