This is for the guys and gals who want to run pack after pack without waiting for the motor to cool down and possibly causing damage.
What I do is after a run, blast a non flammable electro contact cleaner in the cooling air intake vents of a motor while its running at full throttle for a about 3 seconds,it cools the motor down right now and by the time you change packs its ready for another run. so far I have ran 4 sets of 12 cell packs back to back with this procedure.
NOTE. other fast evaporating sprays may work, but make sure that they are NOT FLAMMABLE, also it can dissolve the abs a bit.

Does the rapid change in temp temp cause any stress on the motor? or maybe shorten the motor's life?
Kinda like pouring hot water on a frozen windshield = Crack

I had concerns that the magnets would crack initally, no problems (that I can see), you can also use water its a little messy however.

I use a small computer fan (3 inch 12volt) that blows air on the motor for a few few min's that is powered by a 12 cell pack of sub c batteries. Works great.
