    Scratch build 37" Mono

Alrite guys built this 1 a while ago and decided to get it ready for the water.
iv got all the hardware now and just putting everything in place, gonna run 6s on a 1088KV scorpion motor, and prop sizes 38mm,40mm,42mm.
The only thing im struggling with at mo is finding the CG,were would you sat it is roughly, never built 1 of these before,so all new to me.

Heres some shots of the inside with Motor, batterys & ESC,my CG is 9 1/2 inches from transom at the mo is this ok or does it need to be further back:rolleyes:.
The rails inside are not glued in yet as iv got do some cut outs for battery straps and to get the motor mount further down, stuffing tube will be in place once i know where to mount everything and can cut it to lenght.

i always set mine at 33% length of boat divide by 3 and that distance from the back so 37/3 =12.333 so aprox 12 3/8 im my opinion and minor adjustments can be made by shifting the batteries forward or back on velcro strips

            25-30% from the transom.

You are going to have to put that flexshaft in a tube! The way it is it will flop around and beat the boat to death...destroying it from the inside out!

Are you running those batts in parallel...............if in series, which i suspect, you will possibly have some hot batts at only 64a continuous discharge.
NEED PARALLEL CONNECTORS?? QUALITY 5.5MM, 8MM, 8 AND 10 AWG, GET THEM HERE: http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...est!&highlight=

only used that small piece to line up the through the transom to the strut,im just installing the rails and longer stuffing tube along with a brace.

Took a couple of pics and worked out CG:29%

                  Pic of CG:28%

Which do you think will work best?
Just trying to work out to move rudder starboard side

well some pics with everything in and CG at 29%/11" from transom, and some adjustments:

Just gotta add some resin round the water inlets/outlets,motor mount and stringer-rails & stuffing tube, and fix in servo mount.
Then complete the rear hull deck after modifying it to mount strut and fill in the holes
