          Your props have too much lift along with too much RPM, you may be able to live with the RPM if you de lift the prop.

            Any prop recommendations?

            I currently only have a limited selection in my box. I can always buy more :)

                BBY Micro Patriot, Mystery 26x32 3000kV outrunner, 30A Mystery ESC, XPS2 radio system, misc cheapo unmarked servo, home made hardware, Jeff Wohlt wire drive (1/8" prop shaft, .047" wire), home made motor mount/servo mount.

                30mm prop- pitch is unmarked...

                        I would run a 427 de-lifted that is with cut out as pictured. Start small with the cutouts and make them bigger until the desired ride is achieved.

                          After seeing your videos I was a little worried about my micro Hydro but now I see my boat is 3 inches longer so that should be just fine. A little micro hydro rocketship

                            Have you ran your yet? I have been getting a little done on mine, I got the hull joined and the rear bracket on and a new cowl cut. Oh I also made a strut for it.

                              No not yet I have probably an hour of work left on it to be totally done. I will get it done this weekend.
