Huff Racing ORCA P Limited Mono

Spent some time a couple of these today. Working on finding "the perfect" set up but we're gaining on it. Great driving boat with no bad habits.

Hey Ron, This is a brand new hull that Don Huff designed. We'll have to take some pics and get them up.

All of the Speedcrafts are glass. You may be thinking of Phil Pace's Vac-U Vee.

        Hi Ron,

No not the speedcraft, but rather something I came up with after making and running the speedcrafts. Doug and I needed something to run in the Michigac cup race in limited mono, and I thought this would be a good place to try out making a hull completely from scratch. I made it with some ideas in mind of how to "fix" some of the problems that we have had with the SC. Both in making the hull and running it. I can say that those problems are non existent on the ORCA.

This is the reason I have not called you back yet as I have been burning the midnight oil trying to get this thing in the water. I needed to see proff that my ideas were solid enough before getting into the process of making a bigger 34" version. But from what I saw today, that one should be in works pretty danged soon.
