Jeff we have a big problem, the 200HV you sold me is in no way "new never used" as you represented it. I have filed a dispute complete with details via Paypal and will be awaiting your response through them. I advised one of the OSE mods that I would be posting this but will refrain from any further posts here about it unless it is not resolved to my satisfation.
