Does any one know what the leopard 5698 equivalent to a Neu motor, and
2028 castle to a leopard?

The Leopards are not really 'equivalent' to Neu or Castle motors. They run hotter and thus less efficiently. If you mean size-wise then the 5698 is significantly smaller than either the Neu 2230 or Castle 2028. It is closer to the Neu 2215.

A Neu 1521 is 40 x 83mm, basically the same size but probably 10-15% more efficient.

Mappo, the order I gave earlier is also by power output...............my 'educated' opinion of course. The 2215 and the 5698 are probably real close...............the nod may go to the 2215.
