Steven sent me the hardware in a few days. Fast shipping. Thanks! Got the new hardware on, as well as a new boat. DF Vortex. I used the existing top two holes and drilled two new bottom. I also S/B the prop. I give props to those who do it themselves. This was my first time and it took me about 1:15-1:30 to do it.

Whenever I watch peoples videos i think, man their boat doesnt look that fast, but as i watch my own, its like slow mo compared to running them in real life.

The new hardware, and cutting and bending the turn fins make a 100% difference in running the boat. It wasnt even fun before

To be honest i didnt have fun with the stock BJ. It was constantly rolling in the turns and flipping at full throttle. This boat is much better! Now i just need to make it faster. Do people usually put Ammo 2300's in? Or would something like a 9xl work?

Here is picture of the one I had few months ago. Motor was Feigao 8XL, hydra 180 LV, Fullers Hardware, X642 prop, 2 x 7.4 5000mAh Lipos to get 14.8V, short and band turn fins. This boat was ripping!!! Had to slow down in turns. Make sure to check temps!!!
